Greek Style Pork Kabobs served with Cavendish Farms® Crinkle Cut French fries

Ingredients

2 tbsp/30 ml olive oil
1/4 cup/60 ml fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup/60 ml fresh lime juice
1/4 cup/60 ml feta cheese, finely crumbled
1/4 cup/60 ml chopped parsley 
1 tbsp/15 ml salt 
Pinch ground black pepper
2 lbs./1 kg pork tenderloin, cubed 
1 onion, chopped
8 cherry tomatoes
4 bamboo skewers

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, lemon, lime, feta cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Add cubed pork and mix well. Marinate pork in this mixture for 2 hours. 
  2. Preheat grill to medium high. 
  3. Place the pork, onions and tomatoes on skewers. 
  4. Place kabobs on grill, turning every 3 to 4 minutes until pork is cooked, about 15 minutes in total. 
  5. Serve immediately with Cavendish Farms® Crinkle Cut French fries.
