Grilled Asian Garlic Steak served with Oven Crisp® Shoestring French fries
Ingredients
4-1/2 lb./250 g beef sirloin steaks
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp/5 ml black pepper
1 cup/250 ml oyster sauce
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp/15 ml steak seasoning to taste
Instructions
- In a shallow glass dish, combine the garlic, pepper, oyster sauce and lemon juice. Mix well. Rub steaks on both sides with steak seasoning, and place in the marinade. Be sure to coat the steaks well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Remove steaks from marinade, and discard marinade. Grill steaks for about 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
- Serve immediately with Oven Crisp® Shoestring French fries.
