Potato Tots

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
- 1lb sausage, casings removed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp sage, chopped
- 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread the Potato Tots in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- To prep the stuffing, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage, breaking it up with a spoon and cook until browned, about 8 - 10 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Add onion, carrot, and celery to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5–7 minutes. Stir in garlic, sage, rosemary, and parsley, cooking for 2 minutes until fragrant. Turn off heat and return cooked sausage to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Carefully mix in cooked Potato Tots.
- Transfer stuffing to a greased baking dish and bake uncovered for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
