Sweet Potato Straight Cut Fries

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp
- Sweet Potato Straight Cut Fries
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 fresh sage leaves
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- Flaky salt, to taste
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Sweet Potato Fries in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep the brown butter, melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add sage leaves and walnuts, cooking until butter foams and turns golden brown and sage becomes crispy, about 3 – 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Transfer cooked Sweet Potato Fries to a serving dish. Drizzle with brown butter, sage, and walnut mixture.
- Sprinkle generously with goat cheese and add flaky salt to taste. Enjoy!
