Sweet Potato Fries with Brown Butter and Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp
  • Sweet Potato Straight Cut Fries
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 fresh sage leaves
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • Flaky salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Sweet Potato Fries in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep the brown butter, melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add sage leaves and walnuts, cooking until butter foams and turns golden brown and sage becomes crispy, about 3 – 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Transfer cooked Sweet Potato Fries to a serving dish. Drizzle with brown butter, sage, and walnut mixture.
  5. Sprinkle generously with goat cheese and add flaky salt to taste. Enjoy!
