Thanksgiving Poutine with Crinkle Cut Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Classic Crinkle Cut Fries
  • 2 cups leftover roast turkey, shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup cheese curds
  • 2 cups gravy
  • 1/2 cup green peas, cooked
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 scallions, sliced (to garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread FlavourCrisp Crinkle Cut Fries in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, warm leftover turkey, green peas, and gravy separately on the stovetop or in the microwave.
  4. Transfer cooked Crinkle Cut Fries to a large serving platter. Top with warm turkey.
  5. Sprinkle cheese curds evenly over the top, then pour hot gravy over everything to melt the curds slightly.
  6. Garnish with green peas, small spoonful's of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of scallions!
