The Cavendish Culinary Creation Centre is located at the Culinary Institute of Canada. The institute has been training aspiring chefs since 1983 and now graduates approximately 140 students a year.
This centre boasts a state-of-the-art pilot line featuring fully scalable processing equipment, with built in flexibility to produce the products of today and the future. This facility houses the most current culinary technologies, and along with the expertise of the world-renowned Culinary Institute of Canada, it’s well-equipped to satisfy the needs of todays changing consumer.
From ideation to final development, we are well equipped to develop new and exciting products for your business.
