|½ pkg ||Simply Homestyle Golden Harvest Wedges|
|1 cup||Cream, 35%|
|½ cup||Cheddar Cheese, shredded|
|½ cup||Sour Cream|
|6 Slices||Bacon, cooked and crumbled|
|3 tsp||Green Onion, finely chopped|
|3 tsp||Fresh chopped Parsley, finely chopped|
- In a medium non-stick frying pan or skillet cook bacon until crisp. Drain grease and chop.
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, add bacon, Golden Harvest Wedges, all remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Spread mixture into roasting pan or casserole dish.
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
