Crispy Hash Breakfast Quesadilla

2Cavendish Farms Onion Hashbrown Patties
2small flour tortillas
 ¼ cupgrated cheese (mozzarella and/or cheddar)
1 tsp     butter
1 tspfresh parsley, chopped


  1.  Place Cavendish Farms Onion Hashbrown Patties in a large non-stick frying pan on the stove top over medium heat and cook for 3-4 minutes per side and remove.
    2.Place one of the flour tortillas into the frying pan and top with half of the shredded cheese.
    3.Top the cheese with the two hashbrown patties and top them with the remaining cheese; then place the second flour tortilla on top.
    4.Cook for 2 minutes and turn using a spatula.
    5.Cook for an additional 1 minute per side or until desired crispness.
    6.Remove quesadilla and place on a serving plate.
    7.Add egg to frying pan and cook until desired doneness.
    8.Place cooked egg on top of quesadilla.
    9.Serve with desired toppings and sauces.
