|6 cups||Cavendish Farms Hashbrown Potatoes|
| ½ tsp||salt|
| ½ tsp||pepper|
| ¼ tsp||garlic powder|
|1 tsp||cajun spice|
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Select four (4) medium to large size Restaurant Style Onion Rings and place single layer on a non-stick baking sheet.
3.Place in oven and cook for 7-8 minutes.
4.Flip and cook for another 7-8 minutes or until desired crispness.
5.Place half of the butter in one of the non-stick frying pans and place on the stove top over medium-high heat.
6.Add Cavendish Farms® Hashbrown Potatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes stirring occasionally.
7.Flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes or until desired doneness. Just before removing from stove season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Cajun spice.
8.Place remaining butter in the other non-stick frying pan on the stove top over medium heat and let the pan pre-heat for at least 30 seconds.
9.Add onion rings to frying pan and crack an egg into each one of the onion rings.
10.Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
