|4 cups||Cavendish Farms® Diced Hash Brown Potatoes |
|2 cups||Fresh strawberries|
|2 ||Fresh ripened banana's|
|2 tbs||Ground cinnamon|
|3 tbs||White granulated sugar|
|8 oz ||Whipped cream|
|1/2 cup||Salted butter|
1.Chill glasses in fridge to keep dessert cold.
2.Heat a small amount of oil in large skillet over medium heat.
3.Carefully add frozen hash browns to hot oil to form a single layer.
4.Sauté Cavendish Farms® Diced Hash Browns in butter, sugar and cinnamon.
5.Fry for approximately 5-8 minutes turning frequently until light golden colour.
6.Layer whipped cream and bananas as the bottom layer.
7.Continue to layer the parfait with hash browns, strawberry’s and whipped cream, until the cup is full.
8.Sprinkle some cinnamon & sugar on top as a garnish.
