Black Bean and Guacamole Loaded BBQ Potatoes

Ingredients
1 cupGuacamole
1Restaurant Style Foil Wrapped Potatoes 3-Pack
2/3 cup Corn 
1/2 cupBlack beans

Note: The Restaurant Style Foil Wrapped Potatoes can also be cooked in the oven! See the bottom of the package for instructions.  
 

 


Directions
  1. Place foil wrapped potatoes on upper rack of grill on medium heat with cover closed for 40-50 minutes or until desired tenderness.
  2. Remove potatoes from the grill and unwrap foil, being cautious of heat and steam. 
  3. Cut a slit down the top center of each potato and fluff potatoes inside with a fork.
  4. Take the guacamole, corn, black beans, and add to each potato and serve!
