Greek Baked Potato

Featuring Restaurant Style Foil Wrapped Potatoes 


Ingredients
1 cupCherry tomatoes
1 packageRestaurant Style Foil Wrapped Potatoes 3-Pack
½ cupFresh feta cheese
½ cupFresh black olives (pitted)
 

Note: The Restaurant Style Foil Wrapped Potatoes can also be cooked on the BBQ! See the bottom of the package for instructions.   

 


Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F and place foil wrapped potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 55-65 minutes or until desired tenderness.
  2. Remove potatoes from oven and unwrap foil, being cautious of heat and steam. 
  3. Cut a slit down the top center of each potato and fluff potatoes inside with a fork.
  4. Crumble feta, dice tomatoes, dice olives, and add to each potato and serve!
