- Pre-set oven to 450˚F.
2. Cut pancetta slices in half.
3. Take one half slice of pancetta and wrap it around a single Golden Harvest Wedges
4. Secure with a toothpick.
5. Repeat for remaining wedges and place on to a non-stick baking sheet.
6. Place in the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes.
7. Flip and cook another 8-10 minutes or until desired doneness.
8. Remove and serve.
Optional: serve with sour cream, ranch or flavoured cream cheese as a dip.
