Ingredients (per omelet)
|¼ cup||Simply Homestyle Hearty Red Skin Diced|
|2||Large Eggs, beaten|
|¼ cup||Broccoli, small florets|
|¼ cup||Turkey, chopped|
|¼ cup||Swiss Cheese|
|Pinch||Salt, to taste|
|Pinch||Ground Pepper, to taste|
Add Simply Homestyle Hearty Red Skin Diced and butter to a non-stick frying pan or skillet and cook over medium heat until golden brown.
Add beaten eggs and continue to cook.
Warm broccoli and turkey in the microwave for about 1 minute.
Add broccoli, turkey and cheese to omelet before folding.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
