Garden Greens with Sweet Potato Fries

Featuring FlavourCrisp® Crispy Sweet Potato Fries

 


Ingredients (per Salad)

 

½ cupPreferred Salad Mix, prepared
2 TbspDressing
3 eachGrape Tomato, cut in half
1 eachRed Onion, cut into ¼" Rings
1 tspCarrot, shredded
1 tspCelery, chopped
¼ cup®FlavourCrisp® Crispy Sweet Potato Fries
¼ tspSea Salt
4 SlicesCucumber, optional

 


Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F and place FlavourCrisp® Crispy Sweet Potato Fries on a non-stick baking sheet. Place into the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Turn and cook for another 8-10 minutes or until desired crispness.
  3. In a large stainless steel mixing bowl add salad mix, grape tomatoes and red onion
  4. Toss with dressing and transfer to a plate or bowl. Start in the center of the plate/bowl and build height with the salad mix.
  5. Toss FlavourCrisp® Crispy Sweet Potato Fries in sea salt.
  6. Transfer to salad and place on top.
  7. Serve with a chilled fork, parmesan grater and pepper mill
 

 

Any Cavendish Farms® French fry can be substituted in this recipe.
