Creamy Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

1 pkgTMFrom the FarmTM Wedges
4Green Apples, cut into wedges
2Zucchini, cut into slices
12Grape Tomatoes
1 cupQuality Blue-Veined Cheese
1 cupCream Cheese
2 sprigsFresh Parsley
2 tspCrumbled Blue Cheese Garnish, optional
12 eachCrostini/Pita/Melba Toast, optional


Directions

  1. Allow cheese to soften at room temperature or microwave for 30-60 seconds to warm. 
  2. Heat oven to 450°F. Place From the FarmTM Wedges on a non-stick baking sheet, place in oven and bake for 10 minutes, turn, and bake another 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper as desired once removed. 
  3. Place blue-veined cheese and cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix well. Transfer dip to a serving bowl or large ramekin and top with sprigs of parsley. Place serving bowl or ramekin in the centre of a serving plate.
  4. Remove From the FarmTM Wedges from the oven and place to one side of the serving plate. 
  5. Arrange the vegetables neatly on the open side and serve.
