|1 cup||Quality Blue-Veined Cheese|
|1 cup||Cream Cheese|
|2 sprigs||Fresh Parsley|
|2 tsp||Crumbled Blue Cheese Garnish, optional|
|12 each||Crostini/Pita/Melba Toast, optional|
Allow cheese to soften at room temperature or microwave for 30-60 seconds to warm.
Heat oven to 450°F. Place From the FarmTM Wedges on a non-stick baking sheet, place in oven and bake for 10 minutes, turn, and bake another 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper as desired once removed.
Place blue-veined cheese and cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix well. Transfer dip to a serving bowl or large ramekin and top with sprigs of parsley. Place serving bowl or ramekin in the centre of a serving plate.
Remove From the FarmTM Wedges from the oven and place to one side of the serving plate.
Arrange the vegetables neatly on the open side and serve.
