Roasted Red Pepper Ingredients
4 cups.Cavendish Farms Shoestring Fries
2 cupsranch dressing
 ½ cuponion, diced and caramelized
1 tbspvinegar
 ¼ cuproasted red peppers, diced
 ¼ cupsour cream
  
Curry Ketchup Ingredients
4 cupsCavendish Farms Shoestring Fries
1 tspcanola oil
¼ cupred onion, finely chopped
2 tbspcurry paste, mild
1 tbspcider vinegar
1 cupketchup
  
Chipotle Lime Mayonnaise Ingredients
4 cupsCavendish Farms Shoestring Fries
1 cupmayonnaise
1 tbsplime juice
1 tbsplime zest
1chopotle pepper, chopped
1garlic clove, smashed and chopped
½ tbspsalt
¼ tsppepper
1 tbspcilantro, chopped
  
Saffron Mayonnaise Ingredients 
4 cupsCavendish Farms Shoestring Cut Fries
2 tbspwater
½ tsp saffron threads, crumbled
1 cupmayonnaise
1 tbspred wine vinegar
½ tsp

garlic, minced

 


Roasted Red Pepper Directions
  1. Stir together sauce ingredients. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
    2. Serve with Cavendish Farms Shoestring Fries for dipping.

 

 

 

Curry Ketchup Directions
1.Heat oil in saucepan over medium-high heat.
2. Once heated, add onion. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender. Add curry paste and cook until fragrant. Add vinegar and ketchup. Cook 2-3 minutes more or until hot.
3.Serve with Cavendish Farms Shoestring fries for dipping.




Chipotle Lime Mayonnaise DIrections
1. In a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest, chopped pepper, garlic, salt and pepper, and cilantro until the mixture is smooth. Refrigerate for one hour.
2. Serve with Cavendish Farms Shoestring Fries for dipping.











Saffron Mayonnaise Directions
1. Bring water and saffron just to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir and let steep, uncovered for about 5 minutes, to release saffron color and flavour.
2. Whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and garlic in a bowl. Gradually whisk in saffron water.
3. Serve with Cavendish Farms Classic Shoestring Fries for dipping.
