Buffalo-Style Spicy Fries

Prep: 5-10 minutes | Cook: 17-22 minutes | Serves: 3-4

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Spicy Cracked Pepper Straight Cut
  • 5 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 5 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • ½ cup Ranch and/or Blue Cheese Dressing, optional
  • 4 each Celery Sticks (optional)
  • 4 each Carrot Sticks (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and hot sauce and mix well.
  3. Place Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Spicy Cracked Pepper Straight Cut in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Turn fries over and cook for another 7-12 minutes or until desired crispness; then remove from oven.
  5. Place fries in a mixing bowl and pour half of the sauce mixture over the fries. Toss gently so that all of the fries are well coated with the sauce.
  6. Serve fries with remaining sauce on the side.
  7. Note: Ranch and/or Blue Cheese Dressing can be served as additional dips.
  8. Note: Carrot and/or Celery Sticks can also be served to compliment the fries and the dips.
