Cheeseburger Nachos with Crinkle Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp pickle brine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped, divided
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cheddar, shredded
  • 3/4 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Crinkle Chips in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  4. To prep burger sauce, combine ketchup, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pickle brine in a small bowl. Set aside.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
  6. Transfer cooked Crinkle Chips to a baking sheet. Layer evenly with cooked beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Drizzle nachos with prepared burger sauce. Top with remaining onion, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and pickles!
