Crinkle Chips

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp pickle brine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped, divided
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups cheddar, shredded
- 3/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Crinkle Chips in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- To prep burger sauce, combine ketchup, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pickle brine in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Transfer cooked Crinkle Chips to a baking sheet. Layer evenly with cooked beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle nachos with prepared burger sauce. Top with remaining onion, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and pickles!
