Classic Club Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Sweet Potato Straight Cut Fries
  • 2 vine-ripened tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 slices white sandwich bread, toasted
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce, halved
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 8 slices roast deli turkey

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Sweet Potato Fries in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. Meanwhile, to prep, sprinkle tomato slices with salt and pepper; set aside.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on all 6 slices of toasted bread.
  5. Layer 2 slices of bread with 2 cut lettuce leaf halves, 2 tomato slices, 2 cooked bacon slices, and 2 turkey slices. Top each with another slice of bread, and repeat layers. Finish with the final slice of bread.
  6. Secure each sandwich with toothpicks and slice into halves or quarters. Serve with cooked Sweet Potato Fries.
