Cream Cheese and Lox Brunch Board with Crinkle Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • Dill, chopped (for garnish)
  • Chives, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 8 oz (225 g) smoked salmon
  • 1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Crinkle Chips in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, spoon cream cheese onto the centre of a serving board or platter. Using the back of a spoon, spread and swirl to create swoops and wells.
  4. Sprinkle cream cheese lightly with dill, chives, and everything bagel seasoning.
  5. Arrange smoked salmon, cucumber, red onion, capers, and radishes around the cream cheese.
  6. Serve immediately with cooked Crinkle Chips for building your own bites!
