Crinkle Chip Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 2 slices American or cheddar cheese, quartered
  • 8 tsp condiment of choice, divided
  • 4 baby Bibb lettuce leaves, cut into small pieces
  • 1 Roma tomato, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 pickle slices

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Crinkle Chips in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, divide ground beef into 8 equal portions and shape into small patties. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with neutral oil. Cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Top each patty with a quarter slice of cheese and cover briefly with a lid until melted.
  5. To assemble sliders, top a cooked Crinkle Chip with your condiment of choice, lettuce, burger patty, tomato, red onion, and pickle. Place a second cooked Crinkle Chip on top and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients to build 8 sliders and serve immediately.
