Crinkle Chips with Korean-Style Gochujang Mayo

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Crinkle Chips in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, whisk together mayonnaise, gochujang paste, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, sesame oil, and honey in a small bowl. Season with salt.
  4. Serve the cooked Crinkle Chips with gochujang mayo on the side for dipping. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
