Crinkle Chips

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
- 6 - 8 large eggs
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika (for garnish)
- Chives, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Crinkle Chips in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep filling, place eggs in a medium pot and cover with 1 inch of cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 8 – 10 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath, then peel once cool enough to handle.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Reserve the whites for another use.
- Add yolks to a mixing bowl with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Combine until smooth.
- Transfer deviled egg mixture to a piping bag (or plastic bag with tip cut off).
- Arrange cooked Crinkle Chips on a platter. Pipe about 1–2 tsp of filling onto each chip.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped chives!
