Classic Crinkle Cut Fries

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Classic Crinkle Cut Fries
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced (garnish)
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Crinkle Cut Fries in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep the gravy, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 – 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Slowly whisk in beef stock, then season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 – 7 minutes, until thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon. Set aside.
- Transfer cooked Crinkle Cut Fries to a serving dish. Sprinkle with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella and pour warm gravy on top to melt the cheese.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
