Classic Straight Cut Fries

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Classic Straight Cut Fries
- 1 lb small, cooked shrimp
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 tbsp chives
- 2 - 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 top-split brioche hot dog buns
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 4 leaves Bibb lettuce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Straight Cut Fries in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, roughly chop celery and chives and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, mayonnaise, celery, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toast brioche buns lightly in a pan with butter.
- Line each toasted bun with a leaf of lettuce and fill generously with shrimp mixture. Garnish with more chives on top and serve with cooked Straight Cut Fries!
