East Coast Shrimp Rolls with Straight Cut Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Classic Straight Cut Fries
  • 1 lb small, cooked shrimp
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 2 - 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 top-split brioche hot dog buns
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 leaves Bibb lettuce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Straight Cut Fries in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, roughly chop celery and chives and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix shrimp, mayonnaise, celery, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toast brioche buns lightly in a pan with butter. 
  6. Line each toasted bun with a leaf of lettuce and fill generously with shrimp mixture. Garnish with more chives on top and serve with cooked Straight Cut Fries!
