Game Day Chili Cheese Dip with Crinkle Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz (225 g) ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pack taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 (10-15 oz) can salsa
  • 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Green onion, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Crinkle Chips in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep dip, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion. Season with taco seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Cook, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 3 - 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in salsa and pinto beans. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 - 10 minutes.
  5. Add cream cheese and stir until fully melted and smooth. Gradually add shredded cheddar, stirring until melted and incorporated.
  6. Serve warm, topped with chopped cilantro and green onion, alongside cooked Crinkle Chips for dipping.
