Crinkle Chips

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz (225 g) ground beef
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 pack taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 (10-15 oz) can salsa
- 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- Cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Crinkle Chips in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep dip, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion. Season with taco seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Cook, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 3 - 5 minutes.
- Stir in salsa and pinto beans. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 - 10 minutes.
- Add cream cheese and stir until fully melted and smooth. Gradually add shredded cheddar, stirring until melted and incorporated.
- Serve warm, topped with chopped cilantro and green onion, alongside cooked Crinkle Chips for dipping.
