Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Gourmet Frites, Straight Cut Fries, and Pub Fries in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep the Bravas-Style Frites: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat until shimmering. Add onion and half the garlic, season lightly with salt, and cook until softened, about 5 - 7 minutes. Add smoked paprika, chili powder, cornstarch, and tomato paste, stirring to combine, and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds to a minute. Reduce the heat and add stock and 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, stirring until thickened, about 1 - 2 minutes. Let cool slightly, then blend until smooth. Season to taste. Drizzle the salsa brava generously over the cooked Gourmet Frites with your choice of aioli. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
- To prep the Poutine: Add gravy to a medium pot and heat until warm. On a serving plate, add cooked Straight Cut Fries, then top with cheese curds and warm gravy.
- To prep the Chimichurri Fries: Combine parsley, cilantro, oregano, remaining garlic, chili pepper, remaining olive oil, and remaining red wine vinegar in a bowl. Mix well and season with salt. Spoon over cooked Pub Fries and serve with extra chimichurri on the side.
- Serve the Bravas-Style Frites, Poutine, and Chimichurri Fries together as a game day fry flight!
