Grilled Steak Frites with Zesty Chimichurri

Slim Steak Cut Fries

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Slim Steak Cut Fries
- 1 rib eye steak
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Steak Cut Fries in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- Preheat grill to high heat (450-500°F).
- Season steaks generously with salt and pepper. Grill steak for 4 - 5 minutes per side or until cooked to desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- To prep, roughly chop cilantro, parsley and mint and set aside. Mince garlic and set aside.
- To prep chimichurri: Combine cilantro, parsley, mint, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and red wine vinegar in a bowl. Mix well.
- Serve sliced grilled steak alongside cooked Steak Cut Fries and drizzle chimichurri over top.
