Crinkle Chips

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (plus more for topping)
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce of choice
- 2 tbsp ranch
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 scallions, sliced (garnish)
- 2 – 3 celery stalks, cut into sticks, to serve
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Crinkle Chips in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- To prep, add cottage cheese to a blender. Blend for 1 - 2 minutes until completely smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine blended cottage cheese, shredded chicken, yogurt, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch using a spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread buffalo chicken mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with extra shredded cheddar.
- Bake 25 - 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with sliced scallions and serve warm with cooked Crinkle Chips and crudités!
