High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip with Crinkle Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (plus more for topping)
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce of choice
  • 2 tbsp ranch
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 scallions, sliced (garnish)
  • 2 – 3 celery stalks, cut into sticks, to serve

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Crinkle Chips in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  4. To prep, add cottage cheese to a blender. Blend for 1 - 2 minutes until completely smooth.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine blended cottage cheese, shredded chicken, yogurt, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch using a spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread buffalo chicken mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with extra shredded cheddar.
  7. Bake 25 - 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with sliced scallions and serve warm with cooked Crinkle Chips and crudités!
