Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Classic Crinkle Cut Fries
- 1 cup leftover roast turkey, shredded
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise, plus more for bread
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp dill, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp pickles, finely chopped
- 1/2 lemon, zest
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices sourdough
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Crinkle Cut Fries in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- In a medium bowl, combine leftover turkey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, scallions, dill, pickles, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble open-face sandwiches by layering the turkey mixture and cheddar cheese on the bread slices.
- Cook sandwiches in the air fryer for 2 – 3 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with cooked Crinkle Cut Fries on the side.
