Loaded Baked Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Classic Straight Cut Fries
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Armstrong Mmmm... Bacon Natural
  • Shredded Cheese with Real Bacon
  • 2-3 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread Straight Cut Fries in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, stir together sour cream, garlic powder, and pepper in a small bowl. Add 1 - 2 tsp water as needed to loosen to a drizzle consistency.
  4. Remove cooked Straight Cut Fries from the oven and sprinkle evenly with Armstrong Mmmm... Bacon Natural Shredded Cheese. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, until cheese is just melted.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter. Drizzle with sour cream and garnish with green onions. Serve immediately.
