Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Slim Steak Cut Fries
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups seafood stock
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 lobster, cooked
- 1 cup cheese curds
- Chives, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Steak Cut Fries in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, roughly mince shallot, garlic and chives and set aside.
- To prep bisque: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add shallot and garlic and cook until softened. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle in flour and whisk until combined for another minute. Gradually whisk in seafood stock.
- Simmer the bisque for about 5-7 minutes or until thickened. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Add lobster meat. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve cooked Steak Cut Fries topped with cheese curds and hot lobster bisque. Garnish with chives.
