  • 1 lb skirt steak or flank steak, sliced into 1/2-inch strips
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil, divided
  • 1 small red onion, cut into thick wedges
  • 4 scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cored and cut into wedges
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • Rice, steamed (for serving)
  • Cilantro, chopped (to garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Straight Cut Fries in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, place sliced steak in a medium mixing bowl and toss with soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

  5. Add remaining oil to the empty skillet. Heat until smoking.
  6. Sauté onion for 1 - 2 minutes until tender and crisp. Add scallions and tomatoes cooking for an additional minute. Add garlic and ginger, stirring constantly, until lightly sautéed and fragrant. Turn off heat.
  7. Return beef to skillet and toss to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  8. Serve stir fry over cooked rice with cooked Straight Cut Fries. Garnish with fresh cilantro!
