Pizza Dip Trio and Crinkle Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
  • 1 tbsp whole black peppercorns
  • 1/4 cup Pecorino Romano, grated
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 – 3 tbsp water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can (796 ml) canned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Crinkle Chips in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep the cacio e pepe dip, warm black peppercorns in a dry pan over medium heat for 2 – 3 minutes until fragrant. Grind finely using a mortar and pestle or spice grinder.
  4. In a food processor, combine ground black peppercorns, Pecorino, Parmesan, cream cheese, and 2 tbsp water. Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed to reach a creamy consistency. Set aside.
  5. For the marinara, add garlic, olive oil, canned tomatoes, oregano, and salt to the food processor. Pulse to desired texture. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside.
  6. Whisk honey and hot sauce together in a small bowl to make the hot honey dip.
  7. Serve cooked Crinkle Chips alongside the three pizza-inspired dips!
