Crinkle Chips

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
- 1 tbsp whole black peppercorns
- 1/4 cup Pecorino Romano, grated
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 – 3 tbsp water
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can (796 ml) canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Crinkle Chips in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep the cacio e pepe dip, warm black peppercorns in a dry pan over medium heat for 2 – 3 minutes until fragrant. Grind finely using a mortar and pestle or spice grinder.
- In a food processor, combine ground black peppercorns, Pecorino, Parmesan, cream cheese, and 2 tbsp water. Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed to reach a creamy consistency. Set aside.
- For the marinara, add garlic, olive oil, canned tomatoes, oregano, and salt to the food processor. Pulse to desired texture. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside.
- Whisk honey and hot sauce together in a small bowl to make the hot honey dip.
- Serve cooked Crinkle Chips alongside the three pizza-inspired dips!
