Roasted Garlic Hummus with Crudités & Crinkle Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 1 can (540 ml / 15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 8 tbsp tahini
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for garnish
  • 2 – 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • Paprika (for garnish)
  • Flaky salt (for garnish)
  • 1 cucumber, sliced into sticks
  • 1 carrot, sliced into sticks
  • 4 radish, halved

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Crinkle Chips in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep roasted garlic, slice the garlic bulb in half to expose the cloves. Drizzle both sides with olive oil and wrap tightly in foil. Air fry at 375°F for 20 – 25 minutes, or until the cloves are golden and fork tender. Let cool.
  4. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, water, and salt. Squeeze in all the roasted garlic cloves. Blend for 2 – 3 minutes, until smooth. Taste and adjust salt or lemon if needed.
  5. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl. Top with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika and flaky salt.
  6. Serve with cooked Crinkle Chips, cucumbers, carrots, and radishes on the side.
