Crinkle Chips

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1 can (540 ml / 15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 8 tbsp tahini
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for garnish
- 2 – 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- Paprika (for garnish)
- Flaky salt (for garnish)
- 1 cucumber, sliced into sticks
- 1 carrot, sliced into sticks
- 4 radish, halved
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Crinkle Chips in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep roasted garlic, slice the garlic bulb in half to expose the cloves. Drizzle both sides with olive oil and wrap tightly in foil. Air fry at 375°F for 20 – 25 minutes, or until the cloves are golden and fork tender. Let cool.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, water, and salt. Squeeze in all the roasted garlic cloves. Blend for 2 – 3 minutes, until smooth. Taste and adjust salt or lemon if needed.
- Transfer hummus to a serving bowl. Top with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika and flaky salt.
- Serve with cooked Crinkle Chips, cucumbers, carrots, and radishes on the side.
