Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive-Thru Fries (Costco Format)
- 2 racks baby back pork ribs (4–5 lb total), cut in half, membrane removed
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce of choice, divided
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Drive-Thru Fries in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, pat ribs dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, cayenne, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Rub seasoning mixture all over both sides of ribs.
- Transfer ribs to a slow cooker, arranging so bones are parallel to the long sides. Pour 1 cup of BBQ sauce over ribs and brush to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours or low for 6 hours, until tender.
- Brush cooked ribs with the remaining BBQ sauce. Transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet and broil on high for 2 – 3 minutes until the sauce begins to brown and caramelize (optional). Let cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve ribs with cooked Drive-Thru Fries on the side!
