Prep: 15 min | Cook: 3.5 - 6 hours | Serves: 4 - 6

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive-Thru Fries (Costco Format)
  • 2 racks baby back pork ribs (4–5 lb total), cut in half, membrane removed
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce of choice, divided

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Drive-Thru Fries in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, pat ribs dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, cayenne, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Rub seasoning mixture all over both sides of ribs.
  5. Transfer ribs to a slow cooker, arranging so bones are parallel to the long sides. Pour 1 cup of BBQ sauce over ribs and brush to coat evenly.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours or low for 6 hours, until tender.
  7. Brush cooked ribs with the remaining BBQ sauce. Transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet and broil on high for 2 – 3 minutes until the sauce begins to brown and caramelize (optional). Let cool slightly before slicing.
  8. Serve ribs with cooked Drive-Thru Fries on the side!
