Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Mini Quick Cook Hash Brown Patties
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 tsp honey, divided
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Nutella
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 pear, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Chili flakes, to taste
- Dill (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp ricotta
- 1/2 cup cremini or shiitake mushrooms, sautéed
- Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- Balsamic glaze (for garnish)
- Basil leaves, sliced in ribbons (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Mini Hash Brown Patties in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- Top each cooked Mini Hash Brown with the following combinations: PB Banana: Spread peanut butter on cooked Mini Hash Brown. Top with sliced banana and drizzle with honey. Finish with a pinch of cinnamon and a sprinkle of chia seeds. Nutella Berry: Spread Nutella on cooked Mini Hash Brown. Top with raspberries and pumpkin seeds. Pear Yogurt: Spread Greek yogurt on cooked Mini Hash Brown. Top with sliced pears and drizzle with honey. Add flaky salt to taste. Hummus Avocado: Spread hummus on cooked Mini Hash Brown. Top with sliced avocado, chili flakes, dill, and salt to taste. Ricotta Mushroom: Spread ricotta on cooked Mini Hash Brown. Top with sautéed mushrooms, flaky salt, and chopped parsley.
- Bruschetta: To prep, mix diced tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Spread cottage cheese on cooked Hash Brown. Add the seasoned tomatoes and serve with balsamic glaze and basil on top.
