Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Classic Straight Cut Fries
  • 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt, divided
  • 3 tbsp tandoori paste
  • 4 tbsp lime juice, divided
  • Salt, to taste
  • 12 oz paneer, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups cilantro
  • 2 Thai green chiles or 1 serrano chile, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lime, zest

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Straight Cut Fries in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. Preheat BBQ to high heat.
  4. To prep the marinade, combine 1/2 cup yogurt, tandoori paste, 2 tbsp lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Add paneer and gently toss to coat.
  5. Thread paneer onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper and red onion.
  6. Place skewers directly on grill grates and cook about 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until paneer is heated through and vegetables are softened with light char marks.
  7. Meanwhile, make the cilantro yogurt chutney by combining remaining 1/2 cup yogurt, cilantro, chiles, garlic, lime zest, and remaining 2 tbsp lime juice in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt.
  8. Serve grilled paneer kebabs with cooked Straight Cut Fries and cilantro yogurt chutney!
