Tandoori Paneer Kebabs with Straight Cut Fries

Crispy Classic Straight Cut Fries
Made from premium potatoes, this classic French fry is sure to be a quick and convenient crowd pleaser. Perfect as a snack, side, or ingredient in your favourite recipe. Made in Canada from domestic and imported ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Classic Straight Cut Fries
- 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt, divided
- 3 tbsp tandoori paste
- 4 tbsp lime juice, divided
- Salt, to taste
- 12 oz paneer, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 small red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 cups cilantro
- 2 Thai green chiles or 1 serrano chile, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lime, zest
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Straight Cut Fries in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- Preheat BBQ to high heat.
- To prep the marinade, combine 1/2 cup yogurt, tandoori paste, 2 tbsp lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Add paneer and gently toss to coat.
- Thread paneer onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper and red onion.
- Place skewers directly on grill grates and cook about 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until paneer is heated through and vegetables are softened with light char marks.
- Meanwhile, make the cilantro yogurt chutney by combining remaining 1/2 cup yogurt, cilantro, chiles, garlic, lime zest, and remaining 2 tbsp lime juice in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt.
- Serve grilled paneer kebabs with cooked Straight Cut Fries and cilantro yogurt chutney!
