Valentine’s Inspired Crinkle Chip Flight

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
  • 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 4 - 6 strawberries, sliced
  • Balsamic glaze (to drizzle)
  • Basil, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp goat cheese, softened
  • 3 small beets, roasted and diced
  • Mint (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
  • Pistachios, chopped (for garnish)
  • Dark chocolate shavings (for garnish)
  • 2 - 3 small figs, halved, roasted
  • Hot honey (to drizzle)
  • Thyme (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp beet hummus
  • Dill (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Crinkle Chips in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. Top each cooked Crinkle Chips with the following combinations:
  4. Strawberry Ricotta Bruschetta: Spread ricotta on cooked Crinkle Chips. Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Finish with chopped basil.
  5. Roasted Beet: Spread goat cheese on cooked Crinkle Chips. Top with roasted beets and fresh mint.
  6. Pomegranate Pistachio: Spread cream cheese on cooked Crinkle Chips. Top with pomegranate seeds, chopped pistachios, and dark chocolate shavings.
  7. Roasted Fig: Top cooked Crinkle Chips with roasted fig, sliced in half lengthwise. Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
  8. Beet Hummus: Spread beet hummus on cooked Crinkle Chips. Top with dill and mint.
