Cavendish Farms presents the Charlottetown Festival

July 29, 2025

Cavendish Farms was proud to present the 2025 Charlottetown Festival with two unforgettable opening nights that celebrated community, culture, rock and roll, and East Coast spirit.

The season kicked off with the electrifying Million Dollar Quartet, a true-life rock and roll jam session that brought together legends Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and Johnny Cash. The show delivered hit after hitsetting the tone for a night full of energy, nostalgia, and connection.

Also lighting up the stage was Tell Tale Harbour, returning in a reimagined production that’s bursting with East Coast pride. Starring Alan Doyle, this heartwarming tale of community, music, and resilience invites audiences to laugh, sing, and celebrate the spirit of the region. Cavendish Farms was proud to sponsor both opening night performances, sharing in the joy and connection that this beloved production brings to the community.

Adding to the fun, the Cavendish Farms fry truck was on-site, serving up hot, crispy fries that quickly became a fan favourite. We also launched a QR code contest offering a chance to win an air fryer and a year’s supply of fries—sparking plenty of great conversations throughout the night.

Since 1965, the Charlottetown Festival has been Atlantic Canada’s largest theatre festival, dedicated to creating new Canadian works and celebrating the country’s vibrant musical theatre scene. We’re honoured to support this legacy and to be part of a community that values storytelling, creativity, and shared experiences.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for opening night. If you haven’t experienced the magic yet, there’s still time—tickets are available until August 30th!
