Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Crinkle Cut Fries
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning or Old Bay seasoning
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 (6 oz) can white crab meat, drained
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Crinkle Cut Fries in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep the aioli, in a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
- Transfer cooked Crinkle Cut Fries to a serving platter. Sprinkle evenly with Cajun seasoning, then top with crab meat and drizzle with aioli.
- Garnish with parsley, chives, and jalapeño. Serve immediately with lemon wedges!
