Cajun Crab Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Crinkle Cut Fries
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning or Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 (6 oz) can white crab meat, drained
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Crinkle Cut Fries in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep the aioli, in a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
  4. Transfer cooked Crinkle Cut Fries to a serving platter. Sprinkle evenly with Cajun seasoning, then top with crab meat and drizzle with aioli.
  5. Garnish with parsley, chives, and jalapeño. Serve immediately with lemon wedges!
