Cheesy Pizza Potato Tot Cups

Potato Tots
Crisp and perfect for any time of day (or night). Ready in just 5 minutes, spend the time you save cooking them dreaming up new ways to enjoy them. Our Quick Crisp products are great in the oven, but were made for the air fryer, so you can cook your favorites even faster. Made in Canada from domestic and imported ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce, divided
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Fresh basil leaves, sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Place 3-4 Potato Tots in each muffin tin and cook according to packaging instructions.
- Use a spoon to press the cooked Potato Tots into the bottom and side to form a cup.
- Add 1 tbsp tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and a slice of pepperoni to each cooked Potato Tot cup. Sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake for another 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Finish with freshly chopped basil!
