Slim Steak Cut Fries

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Slim Steak Cut Fries
- 10-12 oz sirloin steak
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp paprika (for garnish)
- Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Slim Steak Cut Fries in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- Preheat BBQ to high heat.
- To prep, season steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill steak about 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Transfer to a cutting board and rest 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- While steak rests, heat a skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add sliced onion and cook 5-7 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil. Crack eggs into the pan and cook until whites are set and yolks remain runny, about 3 minutes. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Arrange cooked Slim Steak Cut Fries on a serving platter. Top with caramelized onions, sliced steak, and fried eggs. Finish with paprika and parsley before serving.
