Easy Cheesy Crinkle Chip Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 and 1/2 cups Armstrong Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread Crinkle Chips in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 - 7 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Layer cooked Crinkle Chips evenly with Armstrong Tex Mex Shredded Cheese and cooked beef.
  5. Place the baking sheet back in the oven and cook for 3 - 4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Top with green onion and enjoy!
