Crinkle Chips

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 and 1/2 cups Armstrong Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Spread Crinkle Chips in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 - 7 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Layer cooked Crinkle Chips evenly with Armstrong Tex Mex Shredded Cheese and cooked beef.
- Place the baking sheet back in the oven and cook for 3 - 4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with green onion and enjoy!
