Onion Rings

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Onion Rings
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 cup roasted red pepper
- 2 tbsp roasted almonds
- 2 cloves roasted garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp goat cheese
- Salt & pepper, to season
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Onion Rings in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, roughly chop basil and set aside.
- To make roasted red pepper pesto, add roasted red pepper, almonds, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to a food processor and blend on high until smooth.
- Stack cooked Onion Rings on a plate, starting with the largest Onion Ring to the smallest to make it look like a tree.
- Garnish your Onion Rings with roasted red pepper pesto, basil and goat cheese. Serve while warm.
