Potato Tots

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
- 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups Gruyère cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt, to taste
- Broccoli florets, steamed (for dipping)
- Bell peppers, sliced (for dipping)
- Apples, sliced (for dipping)
- Cocktail sausages, cooked (for dipping)
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Potato Tots in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep fondue, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook, whisking constantly, for 1 – 2 minutes until slightly golden.
- Gradually whisk in milk, a little at a time, until smooth and thickened, about 3 – 4 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low. Gradually add shredded Gruyère and Swiss, a small handful at a time, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Stir in nutmeg and season with salt to taste.
- Transfer fondue to a heatproof serving dish or fondue pot.
- Serve hot with cooked Potato Tots, broccoli florets, bell peppers, apple slices, and cocktail sausages for dipping!
