Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack, shredded
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped (plus more for garnish)
- Cilantro, chopped (garnish)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Place 3 - 4 Potato Tots in each muffin tin and cook according to packaging instructions.
- Use a spoon to press the cooked Potato Tots into the bottom and side to form a cup.
- To prep, combine bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and jalapeños in a mixing bowl.
- Fill each cooked Potato Tot cup with cheese mixture and top with additional jalapeño slices if desired.
- Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Finish with freshly chopped cilantro!
