Loaded Baked Potato Tots

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350°F.).
  2. To prep, slice green onions and set aside.
  3. Add Potatoes Tots to foil tray and cook for 11 - 13 minutes, turning often.
  4. To make the tray: Cut two sheets of aluminum foil. Crumple one of the sheets into a ball. Carefully unfold the crumpled foil and place crumpled sheet on top of flat sheet and fold up the edges to create a rim for your tray.
  5. Top cooked Potato Tots with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  6. Return tray to the grill with the lid closed just until the cheese is melted, about 3-5 more minutes.
  7. Remove cooked Potato Tots from heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and top with dollops of sour cream and green onions before serving!
