Loaded Family-Style Sheet Pan Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
  • 2 cups leftover seasoned taco meat (ground beef)
  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Cilantro (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges, to serve

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Crinkle Chips in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. Preheat oven to low broil.
  4. On a parchment-lined sheet pan, arrange a layer of cooked Crinkle Chips. Top evenly with pre-cooked taco meat, black beans, and both cheeses.
  5. Broil on low for 2 - 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, pickled jalapeños, avocado, and green onions.
  7. Spoon salsa and sour cream on top and garnish with cilantro.
  8. Serve immediately with lots of lime wedges, family-style.
