Crinkle Chips

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
- 2 cups leftover seasoned taco meat (ground beef)
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Cilantro (for garnish)
- Lime wedges, to serve
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Crinkle Chips in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- Preheat oven to low broil.
- On a parchment-lined sheet pan, arrange a layer of cooked Crinkle Chips. Top evenly with pre-cooked taco meat, black beans, and both cheeses.
- Broil on low for 2 - 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, pickled jalapeños, avocado, and green onions.
- Spoon salsa and sour cream on top and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve immediately with lots of lime wedges, family-style.
